We offer a range of individual and group therapy services specialized in the holistic recovery from trauma.

Getting started is simple! Fill out your contact information in the New Client Information request below, and you will be notified via email when there is an opening at DHT to begin your trauma healing journey.

Once emailed, you then will be able to schedule your Individual Intake Session with your Trauma Therapy Specialist to start your journey and get onboarded with the various services provided.

Before your Intake Session, you will need to electronically complete all the required intake paperwork that is linked to your personal, confidential Client Portal. It is here in the Client Portal where you will have access to your documents, billing, appointments, etc.

During your Individual Intake Session with your Trauma Therapy Specialist, we will confidentially discuss and review your personal history; determine your treatment goals; explore services recommended based on your specific needs; the trauma therapy journey process; treatment requirements, logistics, billing & services scheduling, etc.

Yes, the following treatment services can be billed with your Insurance:

• Individual Holistic Trauma Therapy Sessions

• Group Trauma Therapy Sessions

• Individual Psychedelic Integration Therapy Sessions

We do accept select health insurance plans and are in network with:

• Aetna

• Anthem / BCBS

No other insurances are accepted at this time, however, we can generate a Superbill for you to submit to your own insurance to hopefully help with out of network costs.

All intake sessions are $200

All individual therapy sessions are $175 each

All group therapy sessions are $85 each

PAT and KAP session prices vary depending on your specific journey dosage and the time to safely and legally facilitate your psychedelic assisted therapy experience.

Unfortunately, for ethical and trauma-informed safety reasons, we are not able to provide any consultations before your intake session.

At Denver Holistic Therapy, it is important to have clear consent with practice policies and formal therapeutic relationships with clients before ever diving into deeper trauma disclosures, client histories, and other sensitive information.

With that being said, while we do not provide any consultations, we are always happy to answer any specific questions or concerns you might have with starting your trauma therapy journey at DHT.
